LOW SEASON (from May 1st. to July 31st.), HIGH SEASON (from August 1st. to April 30th.)

The rate includes goverment tax and hotel breakfast. Trasportation from the airport to or from the Hotel is available with and aditional cost.

RESERVATIONS - POLICIES

To guarantee your reservation you must pay in advance, not later than one month before the date of arrival, 50% of your stay.
To do that, you can make a deposit or a transfer to:
Name of the bank: BANCO GENERAL
Name of the account: VISTA MAR PARADISE, INC.
Number of the account: 03-30-01-088228-4

Then send us a copy of the deposit slip by fax or email.
Upon entrance to the hotel you must pay the remaining 50%.

RESERVATIONS - CANCELLATIONS

If reservations are canceled after having made the payment of 50%, the hotel only will refund the amount advanced minus one night's rate.

In case of no show the day you start your reservation, without informing its cancellation, the hotel will not refund any payments made in advance.

PAYMENTS FOR SERVICES

Payments for services can be made by credit card (VISA or MASTERCARD) or cash. Payment instructions:

With credit card:
Send us the following information:
- Visa or Master Card
- 16 digits of the credit card
- Name of the owner of the card
- Expiration date
- Authorized amount

In cash:

Deposit or transfer to our current account:
- Banco General de Panama
- Name of the account: Vista Mar Paradise, Inc.
- Number of the account: 03-30-01-088228-4
Then, send us a copy of the deposit slip by fax or email.

For direct payments in the hotel, we only accept VISA, MASTER CARD, CLAVE debit card or cash.
